1. Data controller

2. What data we process

Data you give us when you buy, book or write to us: first and last name, delivery and billing address, e-mail, phone number, any company tax details and the content of your messages.
Payment data: handled directly by the payment service provider; we only receive the outcome of the transaction.

3. Why we process them and on what legal basis

Managing orders, bookings, shipping, returns and customer service: performance of a contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
Answering requests for information and quotes, including corporate orders: pre-contractual measures (art. 6.1.b).
Meeting tax and accounting obligations: legal obligation (art. 6.1.c).
Protecting the website and our rights: legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f).
Sending you promotional communications, only if you ask us to: consent (art. 6.1.a), which you can withdraw at any time.

Providing the data needed for an order is mandatory: without it we cannot process the order.

4. Who we share them with

Only with those we need to provide the service: the platform hosting the website and shop (Flazio), payment service providers, couriers, our accountant and IT service providers. They act as data processors or as independent controllers. We do not sell your data.

5. Transfers outside the EU

Some providers may process data outside the European Union; in that case the transfer takes place with the safeguards required by the GDPR (adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses).

6. How long we keep them

Order and invoice data: 10 years, as required by law.
Contact requests with no follow-up: up to 24 months.
Data for promotional communications: until you withdraw your consent.

7. Your rights

You may at any time request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability, and you may object to processing or withdraw your consent, by writing to info@tredioro.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
