Terms and conditions of sale for www.tredioro.com. Last updated: October 2026.

1. Who we are

Frasca Giorgio – sole proprietorship, trading as Tre di Oro. VAT no. IT16201081003. Registered office: Contrada Quartarella 15, 97015 Modica (RG), Italy. Contact: info@tredioro.com – phone and WhatsApp +39 334 300 6280.

2. Scope

These terms govern purchases of products and bookings of experiences made on www.tredioro.com by consumers and businesses. The protections of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) apply to customers buying as consumers, i.e. for purposes outside their trade or profession.

3. Products

We sell farm and food products: pasta and flour from the ancient Russello wheat, pulses, extra virgin olive oil and gift boxes. Each product page shows size, ingredients, allergens and storage instructions; the best-before date is printed on the label. Photos are for illustration: as these are farm products, small natural variations may occur. The contents of gift boxes are indicative: items may be replaced with equivalent products of the same value, depending on availability. Boxes containing wine may only be purchased by adults.

4. Prices

Prices are in euro and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown in the cart before you confirm the order.

5. Orders

The contract is concluded when you receive the order confirmation e-mail, which summarises products, prices, shipping costs and total. If a product is unavailable or the payment fails, we will let you know straight away and refund any amount paid.

6. Payment

You can pay with the methods shown at checkout. Card payments are handled by the payment service provider: we do not store card details.

7. Shipping

Italy: €6 up to 3 kg, €8 up to 7 kg, €10 up to 15 kg. Free shipping on orders of €80 or more (up to 15 kg) and within the city of Rome.
European Union: €14 up to 3 kg, €18 up to 7 kg, €22 up to 15 kg.
Corporate gift boxes: shipping included within Italy for delivery to a single address; delivery to multiple addresses on request.
Orders over 15 kg or outside the European Union: a provisional rate of €25 appears in the cart. Within 2 working days we will e-mail you the actual cost. If you do not accept it you can cancel the order and receive a full refund; goods are shipped only after your confirmation. Outside the EU any customs duties are paid by the recipient.

Indicative delivery times from dispatch: Italy 2-5 working days, EU 4-8 working days. If the parcel arrives damaged, accept it with reservation and write to us within 48 hours with a few photos.

8. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer you may withdraw within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason, by writing to info@tredioro.com. Return the products intact and in their original sealed packaging within 14 days to: Tre di Oro, Corso Trieste 51 int. 3, 00198 Roma, Italy. Return costs are paid by you. We will refund you within 14 days, using the same payment method, once we receive the products or proof of shipment.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable goods or to sealed goods opened after delivery (art. 59 Consumer Code).

9. Farm experiences

Experiences (for example the olive harvest) take place on the date chosen when booking. Under the law there is no right of withdrawal for leisure services booked for a specific date (art. 59(n) Consumer Code); we nevertheless offer the following terms:

free cancellation up to 7 days before the date: full refund;
from 6 to 3 days before: 50% refund or a free change of date;
less than 3 days before, or no-show: no refund, but you may transfer the booking to someone else by letting us know.

If we cancel an experience, because of bad weather or too few participants, we will offer you a new date or a full refund. Participants should wear clothing and shoes suitable for work in the fields; minors must be accompanied by an adult.

10. Warranty

The legal guarantees apply (art. 128 et seq. Consumer Code). If you receive a product that is damaged, different from what you ordered or not as described, write to us within 14 days with photos and your order number: we will replace it or refund you at no cost to you.

11. Personal data

Your data are processed as described in the website's Privacy Policy.

12. Complaints and disputes

For complaints write to info@tredioro.com: we reply within 10 working days. You may also use an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body. Italian law applies; for consumers, the competent court is that of the consumer's place of residence or domicile.

The terms published at the time of the order or booking apply.
