The perfect shape for rich, intense sauces: ideal with pesto alla trapanese or seasonal vegetables.
Tre di Oro farm pasta comes from our own fields in the heart of the Val di Noto, where we grow the Sicilian ancient wheat Russello using regenerative, certified organic farming. The semolina is slowly stone-milled to keep the grain's nutritional and aromatic qualities. Bronze-die extrusion and slow, low-temperature drying give the pasta a rough, porous surface that holds every sauce.
Ingredients: organic Sicilian ancient Russello wheat semolina, water. Contains gluten.
Country of cultivation and milling: Italy. Store in a cool, dry place.
